I ordered a 30,000mah power bank but received one with significantly lower capacity.

I fully charged the power bank overnight before my first use.
In the morning, my phone was at 35% and the power bank was at 100%.
I started charging my phone and noticed it increased by only 1% every minute.
At 36% on my phone, the power bank already dropped to 99%, and it continued to decrease rapidly.
When my phone reached 88%, the power bank suddenly shut down.

A 30,000mah power bank should provide at least three full charges, but this one didn’t even complete a single charge before shutting off.

It’s disappointing—i guess we can’t trust arsaxluxe suppliers anymore.
